Large inclination rib with rib design:

The rib adopts a new design concept and production technology. The rib design ensures its larger curve and fatigue resistance, and has good vertical stability during the lifting and bringing back of the material. This design ensures the smooth turning of the sidewall belt on the small radius drum with a small radius. Another main design feature is that when the ribs are bonded, both sides of the ribs are pressed at the same time, which greatly improves the bonding strength and ensures the service life of the conveyor belt.

Design of large inclination side wall with transverse partition:

The diaphragms produced by the company use high-rigidity fiber composite materials to improve impact resistance and avoid deformation of the diaphragms due to stress. In the case of severe wear and tear, in order to make maintenance more convenient, the diaphragm can be made into a mosaic type, such as TS and TCS. When the inclination angle of the conveyor is less than 40 degrees, the transverse partition adopts T-type or TS-type. When the inclination angle is greater than 40 degrees, the transverse partition adopts C-type, TC-type or TCS-type.

When arranging the spacing of the transverse partitions, the coordination with the wave crests of the corrugated ribs should be considered to prevent the material from leaking from the joint between the two and causing a dead angle when the material is lacking. The high-inclination sidewall belt produced by our company adopts secondary low-temperature thermal vulcanization bonding for the bonding of the sidewall, the transverse partition and the base tape. The bonding strength is high, the bonding is firm, smooth, and does not drop or fall off. The diaphragm and the corrugated rib are connected by bolts, which increase the overall rigidity and improve the performance, and solve the problem of material leakage.
