Core Gold:

The core gold is used for power transmission and lateral support. It is a transmission bearing part. The composition is mainly composed of ductile iron, cast iron forged steel or common aluminum alloy and alloy steel plates for stamping and forming. Some of the tracks can use plastic. In the design and production, the core metal should guarantee its bending resistance, shear resistance, torsion resistance and lateral support ability, and ensure that it will not crack and break teeth during the working process. When working, the large stress required to maintain elastic deformation cannot be less than 0.5 times the weight of the machine.

Elastic layer:

The elastic layer is a traction element, which acts as a longitudinal tensile body in the rubber track, which can withstand the traction force and maintain the stability of the track pitch. The material used for the elastic layer is mainly galvanized steel wire, stainless steel steel wire, glass fiber, Lauron or other synthetic fibers with high strength and low elongation. In the design and production, the tensile strength of the track should be guaranteed and the stability of the pitch should be maintained.

The buffer layer:

The function of the buffer layer is to withstand the strong vibration and impact of the belt body, and to withstand the deformation caused by the radial, lateral and tangential forces of the crawler and the crawler. It is to protect the strong layer from damage caused by external forces and to prevent The friction between the strong layer and the core gold. The beauties used in the buffer layer are mainly cotton window cloth and cotton canvas. The material selection and arrangement of the buffer layer should ensure the protection and reinforcement of the strong layer, and also need to have the ability to absorb impact, which can resist external force to the belt body puncture and cutting this type of damage.

Rubber parts:

Pattern side rubber, bottom rubber, cord fabric. Cloth rubber, tooth rubber and wheel side rubber are the rubber parts of the rubber track. These components can provide walking ability for the crawler, and can provide overall cushioning, shock absorption and noise reduction functions. The main material is usually NR/SBR, NR/SBR/BR and NR/BR combined with rubber or polyurethane elastomer.
