1. Variety

1.1 rubber track can be divided into gear type, wheel hole type and rubber tooth type according to driving mode. The gear tooth shaped rubber track has a driving hole, and the transmission teeth on the driving wheel are inserted into the driving hole to make the track move. The wheel hole type rubber track and metal transmission teeth are inserted into the belt pulley hole to engage the transmission. Rubber teeth drive rubber crawler adopts rubber protrusion instead of metal transmission parts. The inner surface of the track contacts the surface of the driving wheel for friction drive.

2. Basic performance

Eliminating vibration source is an effective method to reduce environmental vibration and enterprise noise. The vibration of rubber track is related to pitch, runner configuration, different positions of center of gravity, overall performance of rubber and pattern block configuration analysis. Durability shows the ability of rubber track to wear, cut, pierce, crack and break.
