Shot blasting machine track production control inspection procedure:

1. Raw material inspection

1.1 After the raw materials are sent to the factory, the sampler will take samples according to the (Operation Instructions for Taking Raw Materials).

1.2 The sampler shall inspect and test the raw materials in accordance with the inspection and test methods.

1.3 After passing the inspection, the quality inspection department will send it to the chief engineering office, production technology department, supply department and related departments respectively, and then the quality inspection department will file.

1.4 The quality inspection department will fill in the material quality tracking card and hand it to the warehouse keeper. The raw materials should comply with industry standards and be in a state of standby for production.

2. Semi-finished product inspection standards

In the process of making shot blasting machine crawlers, inspection of semi-finished products is an indispensable part of it. It is necessary to make a semi-finished product quality tracking card to record the production date, product batch number, product model specification performance, machine number, production team semi-finished product (with embryo) compound rubber number, semi-finished product specifications, etc. Make the semi-finished product under control in any process and any production link in the production process.

3. Finished product manufacturing and inspection

3.1 The semi-finished products are vulcanized after they leave the factory, and the quality tracking card is tracked by full-time quality inspectors. Every defect of the product must be strictly inspected, and the inspection shall not be missed, and the quality tracking card shall be recorded.

3.2 If there are quality defects, the internal management regulations shall be formulated in accordance with the quality standards, and one-time repairs shall be carried out, and no minor defects shall be left to the customer.

3.3 The quality tracking card records the quality of each meter track of the shot blasting machine during the production process.

3.4 The quality tracking card shall be kept, archived and referenced by the Quality Inspection Department.
