Technical Requirements For Rubber Track Chassis

Rubber track chassis is suitable for small light industry and small construction machinery industry. Light industry is generally agricultural machinery of less than one to four tons. Construction machinery industry is mainly used in small-scale drilling industry.

The selection of operating environment is roughly as follows:

(1) The operating temperature of rubber track is usually between - 25 and 55'c.

(2) Chemicals, oil and salt in seawater will accelerate the aging of the track. Clean the track after use in this environment.

(3) The road surface with sharp protrusions (such as steel bars, stones, etc.) will cause damage to the rubber track.

(4) Kerbs, ruts or uneven pavement will cause the pattern on the grounding side of the track edge to crack. If the wire rope is not damaged, such cracks can continue to be used.

(5) Gravel pavement will cause early wear and small cracks on the rubber surface in contact with the load-bearing wheel. In severe cases, water will invade, causing the core to fall off and the steel wire to break.
